The Head Chef of Samosa Factory, Rick Aco, has a distinguished history
of culinary achievement. Before coming to our restaurant he
trained at the American Culinary Institute. Upon graduation he
worked at Tao in New York and las Vegas.
Wanting to serve discerning gastronomes he came to Samosa Factory
bringing with him an unparalled sense of taste and style.
